kitten chick Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 I didn't know where to post this. I seem to have picked up a bad habit from my ex that I'm really not happy about. He used to snap at me out of nowhere, he was very passive agressive. Now I'm currently very stressed out with personal and professional situations and I find myself snapping at people very easily. I've pretty much hit my breaking point and then gone past. I wasn't exactly a saint before I met the ex but I'm unhappy with the fact that I have picked up one of his habits that drove me away from him. I don't want to blame him too much, my life is my responsibility. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can one do to stop behaving in this manner?
Art_Critic Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 Yeah.. One of the reasons I wound up onLS.. Your temper is genetic but variables in your life can make it shorter.. Lack of exercise.. Hard heart pounding excersise Caffeine.. I have given it up for over a year now.. This made the biggest change to the shortness. Stress and having no outlet.. Too much sugar Almost all over the counter nasal decongestants.. This was an issue for me also.. Sudafed PE doesn't have the ingrediant in it that causes shortness. JS.. You have a lot of stress in your life and it sometime doesn't show up for months and can take months to go away. Exercise and diet and the biggees
Art_Critic Posted October 15, 2005 Posted October 15, 2005 Sorry.. didn't mean to call you JS.. KC.. I was think about about someone else when I posted..
