Final Heaven Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 I work in a hypermarket and I met this girl at work, so let's name her C, unfortunately I am in a different department from her so we seldom see each other unless it was lunch. If I saw her I would just say hi as a friendly gesture and move on. We only had like 1 real conversation throughout the entire time I was working there. Just last month I was situated into a different branch department, so it's been like almost a month since I last saw her. At first I kinda regretted why I didn't get to know her better when we were working in the same place, and I thought I would never see her again. Anyway just last week I met an old colleague of mine and she told me C was back working at my previous branch department. Now I am having doubts on what action I should take. I am hardly required to go over to her branch department, and even if I did it would because I needed to purchase something. I was wondering if I make up somesort of a plan where I would go over to purchase something and at the same time have a little chat with her. What do you guys think ?

Just go over to he department and start off by talking about when you used to talk to her and mention that you would like to get some coffee sometime and see if she bites or not.. You don't need a plan to go up and start a conversation.. you already have the rapport because you have talked before
