So for anyone else in my position reading this, silence does not mean the end.

That's definitely true, not always. Things are never so black and white.

Not sure if I said it, but I did believe this was done, glad to hear I was wrong. :)

Hope it all works out the way you hope, good luck!

Babybrowns, if a guy is interested in you, he will make contact. He would struggle to stop himself. You don’t need to do anything now except to go on with your life as if he was never there.

If a guy asks for space, he means do not contact me. He is not interested or no longer interested. Do not embarrass yourself by chasing him now, that will only devalue you in his eyes which is the last thing you want.

You do not need to pursue guys. If they are interested in you, they will ‘make contact’ in some form or another. All you need to do, if on online dating, is to reciprocate if they show interest.

You can make first contact, if you wish, but if you persist with doing that rather than letting him make an effort too, the guy is likely to run or lay back and let you do all the work. If a guy is not making contact, assume he is not interested and get on with your life. Why waste time on someone vague? Don’t you deserve someone really keen on you?

It is surprising how people appear out of the blue when you are not too attached. I don’t know why but it’s true. It does not depend on looks, nationality, or wealth, just being yourself and not getting emotionally involved until they have met you and become involved with you.
