circusfood Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 Just curious if anyone knows and good excercises for adding a half inch to an inch to my neck... I've always been pretty scrawny ala Leo Dicaprio in the old days... But i'm adding some weight and running and trying to get a little more manly, a little more healthier and healthier looking. Not so skinny and scrawny. But looking at all the exercises available, and researching, I'm not sure which exercises are best for results.. any advice??

(you may have seen my earlier post on getting my ass in gear) But i'm clueless when it comes to weight training. thanks
SuperMonk Posted October 14, 2005 Posted October 14, 2005 Put your hands behind your head and push back with your neck. Do several reps of this whenver and your neck will be muscular and bigger. Usually when you workout, you stress your neck when lifting weights so it's natural, but this is another way to work on that particular neck muscle.
