central Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 I don't know, but does it matter? Many - if not most - people sometimes fantasize about someone else during sex. It's normal, unless it's always - which you'll never know unless told. Mostly, I think people tend to stay in the moment and focus on what's going on, and save the extra mental stimulation for those times when an orgasm is elusive. 1
