As rough guidelines. Your height in inches. That should be your protein intake in grams and your fluid intake in ounces. Don't skimp on fluids or appropriate protein intake.

The biggest mistake people made is excessive yo-yo dieting and jerking thier metabolism around. The second biggest mistake is being dehydrated and not knowing it.
