I just started reading the book Attached by Levine and Heller.

I am at chapter 3 but am reluctant to continue as what they say so far is 100% opposite to what I have focused on changing about myself.  I don’t want to get derailed.

Hoping others who have read the book can advise on their thoughts.  Did the book help you?  Or just confuse you more?

Does this theory have merit?
