Ooooooh, or just didn't show up!!!

Oh, that would have been wonderful.

Yes, but that's not my style to do. The waste of energy and my time to do that (arranging the date with him, keep talking like all is well, etc) can be better spent having a nice conversation with another man.

Are all these red flags and should I delete this guy? Thank you!

Don't need to read more to say, oh yes red flags every bit of it.  He is lying about most things or everything, and he is too stupid or disrespectful of your intelligence to even bother keeping his lies consistent.

Yes delete & block.

He sounds like a player....

:) and a very bad one at that

Is he really a player though jus based on this? To me, to be a ‘player’ implies there is some kind of game or manipulation at hand.
I think he all but spelled it out for her. And I think there are plenty of reasons besides gameplaying that he would not spell it out for her. It’s generally seen as quite rude to approach a random woman and ask outright “ hey want to get a cheap motel and bang?” I surmise he assumed that she could take the very strong hint

For me the player part is saying he was a wealthy real estate guy and had family in the area.  The first almost certainly a lie to impress and maybe the second.  Add in he said he wanted a relationship not just a hook up, also a lie.
To me a player is someone who lies and crafts a fake persona to get laid.  Maybe I’m not using the word correctly.
