Watercolors
Obviously, I will go see my doctor but I'm curious if anyone else has this condition and what tests you did to find out the answer. Supposedly, the cause could be any of the following: Reynauds COPD Congestive Heart Failure Cyanotic Heart Disease Peripheral Cyanosis I'm a little freaked out b/c this has been happening to me when the weather gets cold, for about five years now. My hands never turn weird purple during the humid summer months. How should I approach my GP about this, so that its taken seriously?
Wiseman2
They'll probably do a workup for autoimmune disorders as we as cardiovascular issues.

I wonder if a blood test alone would determine the cause. It's maddening. I was just sitting there yesterday and my hands were light purple. I really don't want that to be a sign that I have heart or lung disease. Like, really?
