People say go by your Gut feelings. What if you do not have any?

How can you tell what to do when you have no gut feelings. If you love someone and want to be with them but can't tell if they are playing you. IF they are cheating or trying to. If their is some proof there but you still do not know for sure? Call Springer for a pollygraph test? I am so confused....

Everyone has a "gut feeling" or an intuition about something. Maybe some peoples are a little stronger than others, but it can something as simple as feeling that something just isn't quite right.

Everyone has gutt feelings it whether or not you know how to listen to it.

 

I read a book about learning to tune into and listen to your instincts. Most people don't or they only are in tune with the surface ones.

 

The name of the book is "The Gift of Fear." It covers a lot of ground in all areas, but I found the facts interesting.

 

If you are asking this question I would say you have a gutt feeling.
