I couldn't read the whole thing. But I read enough to see that you should move on. She's very Type A and rigid, and you seem to have assumed almost a servant role. Your natures are too different. You will never meet her exacting standards. Further attempts to continue will only be torture for the both of you.

She doesn't want what you want. It's that simple.

You can live in a larger city in CA and be happy without her having to compromise... meaning give up her home, friends, family, lifestyle, professional standing, etc. for you.
