mortensorchid Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I've known some bipolar people in my lifetime. I admit I never dated anyone (that I know of) with the disorder, but chances are she's cute and has a cute little smile. And cute girls who give out cute smiles get the things they want from others. I had two former women friends who were bipolar - their moods went from happy to obnoxiously loud to angry to holier than thou. They went through others (friends and lovers) like Kleenex until they went too far and had others - myself included - wash their hands of them. Get out now while the getting is still good. You deserve better than that.

I agree with this. All of my experiences with bipolar sufferers were exactly like this. I always felt like they were manipulating me, because they were. I cannot be friends with people who have bipolar disorder. Too unstable. Sorry, but they are.
poppyfields Posted September 6, 2020 Posted September 6, 2020 Bipolar Disorder is so widely understood, even today. A shame really, but it is what it is.
