I am a little suspicious that it can be his wife. He said that she lives with her daughter at his place during the weekends because during the week she takes her to the kindergarten, and I forgot that I saw in his flat that he has paper on fridge with kingergarten daily activities. Also I had a feeling when I was ready to go home, that he went into the room to check If I left something behind.

Well, yes, maybe  - he might genuinely have wanted to make sure you weren't forgetting something you may need.

It would be pretty ballsy (and stupid) on his part to bring a woman into his home with such obvious signs of another woman's presence, if it actually his wife or girlfriend. However, I concede these things happened. It happened to me once, years back, with a guy whose home was decorated with too many feminine touches for me not to ask what was up with the potpourri and scented candles and "Live, love, laugh!" sign. He told me his ex-girlfriend had decorated the place when they were still living together. Turns out, it was actually his live-in fiancee, who worked out of town half the week. Sneaky bugger he was.

Do you have any other reason to think he might not be single?

That thing when he got back into the room when he was kind of looking if I forgot something, and one more thing, when we met on Friday, he said that he needs to get up early on Saturday to finish sth. I don't know.
