I restarted my diet in February of this year, I have dropped about 15 lbs so far and started doing the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack abs DVD every other day.  You can't see my abs yet of course, it's been about 3 of the 6 promised weeks.  I have amped up my routine for longer now - Instead of 30 minutes I do almost an hour.  On the days when I am doing the JM DVD I do the abs for the first half hour, kettlebells for the second; on the alternate days I am doing a belly dancing workout (more or less aerobics) for 30 minutes and an additional 30 minutes with the same instructor doing standing core on upper and lower abs.  And one day a week I find something else to do exercisewise and stay in my calorie range.  

Tonight I went to a party (we were socially distanced of course) and saw some people I hadn't seen in a bit and they all noticed I am thinner.  I have about 15 lbs more to go to get the remaining bit (called the vanity weight) off and then I will be where I want to be.  Felt good to have it noticed.

I'm impressed. What you're doing isn't easy. You seem determined and disciplined. Good job!

Nice job! Just make sure you're taking a full day off from exercise each week to rest and recover.
