It’s been 2 weeks since I was broken up with. I don’t know if this is normal, but I’m starting to get worse. I thought it might subside a little by now.

today I just can’t do anything, feel so depressed. Genuinely really struggling, and it’s not like I can see friends and stuff atm cause of the virus. Is this normal?

It's okay. You'll have days like that but they will pass. Accept it and it will get easier

Yes, it's normal.  Getting over a breakup doesn't happen in a simple linear fashion.  There will be ups and downs.

OP,

Sorry for your pain. Breakups are never easy. Depending on several factors you may find the hardest is yet to come - a month, two months, three months in. It really depends. All emotional breakups, especially for the dumpee, are like roller coaster rides that you're blindfolded for while riding. Just don't run away or bury the emotions. That never helps. Ride the ride as best as you can - let the "darkness" teach you and show you things and you can come out a better person and a better potential future partner.

Grief is one step forward, two steps back.  The virus is also depriving you of traditional coping mechanisms, like being with friends.

Do try to stay active.  Have an outlet when you feel like you are dwelling.  reach out to supportive friends & family.

Hang in there
