calworld Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 My ex suddenly msg me on msn after NC for 1 month and then said I know you are blocking me...then send me a link of the program http://www.block-checker.com/ And she ask me how am I doing blah blah blah...I was so shocked by how far she goes since she's not particular computer geek to look for program like that. Is she trying to mess with my head? or is she trying to break the ice?

closedcurtains Posted October 8, 2005 Posted October 8, 2005 The "I know you are blocking me" thing is a virus that comes with the program that you can install off their website, that supposedly tells you if someone has you blocked - unfortunately, that program has no credibility and everyone that I know who has used it agrees it's a piece of crap, and now they're just stuck with automessages that come up every so often in their MSN conversations that say something like "Hey! Did you know you can check who is blocking you?". Just because it comes up doesn't mean she was checking to see if you blocked her.. she probably tried it out to see if it worked, or to see if any other person was blocking her. It's automated. There's no option on who it gets sent to or when.
