Is doing something behind someone's back or right there in front of her worse?

Depends on what you're doing.  Picking your nose?  Yeah, better behind her back.  Nobody wants to see that.

Do what exactly?

Totally depends on what "something" is.

What do you mean?

What do I mean?

Uhhh... What do YOU mean? You've given no context for your question.

Like mentioned above... picking your nose would be best done behind someone's back. Hiding that stuff is socially expected.

Dating multiple women behind the back of another woman who thinks the relationship is monogamous - not so much. That's dishonest slimeball behavior.

So like I said, it depends on what "something" is.

You would do this to avoid her reaction to whatever you are doing. The thing is, if her reaction is already gonna be bad, why compound that?

It ain't nothing to sit her down and be like "Hey, I want to be with you... But also other people"... You are probably avoiding this conversation because you are insecure about having an open relationship or are fearful of her breaking up with you, but I have found pressing the issue to be key.

Yes, she won't like what you have to say, but she will respect the way you say it... Worth something at least.
