When I read that story, I didn't think it was likely the guy was actually describing a course of action he was contemplating right that second. It's possible, but it doesn't seem likely. It seems more likely he was trying to get at the idea that he was horny, maybe due to having not been with a woman in some time, or maybe he was somehow trying to say he found the OP desirable. In any case, his phrasing was coarse even if his intentions were not, and the worst is possible.
