I don't think a little something would hurt, but it depends on the guy. Some men on this board seem to think any gift from a woman is overkill. Of course, I'd probably never find myself dating that kind of guy. But I'd feel him out on it first.
Lotsgoingon Posted February 4, 2020 Posted February 4, 2020 Look, if I'm into a woman ... I don't need her to have a card or gift for Valentine's day. A great time out ... and a nice effusive text ... and I'm good. There ain't no rush in the reciprocity. I am not into cards, and I think most guys are fine without cards. I know horrible stereotype, but true. If the relationship is working, the time together is the mutual gift. 3
Author FaithInTheDark Posted February 7, 2020 Author Posted February 7, 2020 Last night we hung out and had a great time. I casually told him I wanted to spend Valentine’s Day with him; in a playful way. he said “of course , I can plan it or we can do whatever you’d like to do” I kinda realized these things don’t have to be so awkward. I’m excited now, thank guys! Hope everyone has a fun valentine day! 4
