Another resource is Myers-Briggs Personality Typing, I found that useful to learn about years ago when I was feeling like a split personality- so gregarious and outgoing sometimes then the rest a complete introvert! I found that's common with my MBTI as they call them! It was a mother-daughter research team who came up with the model which I thought was cool
Kellens Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 I've always felt out of place and not like everyone else. I don't understand why people care about so many things that I find silly. I know that's a "ME" thing but that doesn't make it any better. I understand how you feel completely.. it's hard to put into words why I feel like an outsider, which I'm sure you understand as well. I'm having a really bad down day today and reading that someone feels the same way as me really helped. I do think that faking it my whole life is why I'm having so much anxiety and depression now. A lifetime of holding everything in can drive you crazy. I'm not sure if you're still checking on this thread but thank you for making me feel less alone.
