I don't understand this

Ok hello again

 

I met this girl at around the beginning of this year.

i asked for her number and if we could go out sometime - she gave me her number and said that going out would be a good idea.

 

i made it clear to her i liked her - i said so - as it happens she was in an on again off again relationship with another guy. They have since got back together.

 

I asked her out twice after getting her "details" but she always seems to cancel at the last moment with an excuse. so since then i haven't bothered calling or asking.

 

I recently got a new job with another company, because i didn't think i would get the job i had a deal with my sister and brother in-law that i would take them out for dinner if it came off. in the end i got the job

 

So "girl" gets to hear of this and askes my sister if she could join us. I've also seen her a couple of times since then and she's asked more than once "so when are we going" to which i reply "i'll let you know" seeing as that was her response when i asked her something.

 

So what is she thinking ??? because this doesn't make sense to me

What to do ??

Can the woman/men on this thread shed some light on this ??

So, let me get this straight:

• You are interested in a girl and she's not attracted to you.

• Furthermore, she blows you off in inconsiderate, cowardly, immature ways.

• You get a higher-status, better paying job.

• This girl re-evaluates her opinion of you and starts hinting she wants that date after all.

I don't think much further commentary is required.
