Angel29 Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 There is a guy on my course. I think he is nice and he is single. I have caught him stare at me a few times and he will say random things to me just so he can chat to me. I know he would like to meet someone as he is on a dating site. Is he interested or should I not try and get involved with someone on my course? I don’t know if I should make more effort so I can find out. The course finishes in May.
introverted1 Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 Are you interested in him? If so, respond to his initiatives to chat. If not, don't. This seems fairly straight-forward. Is there an issue? 1
Legatus Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 Do or do not, there is no try. Chat with him and see how you respond to him, if it's positive, chat more, make some good eye contact - let him know you'd be open to an invitation to a date
smackie9 Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 The only effort you have to make is smile...then smile some more. That will be the signal any man looks for.
Miss Spider Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Go for it!!! 2
Author Angel29 Posted January 7, 2020 Author Posted January 7, 2020 I can't believe I have found out he joined the meetup groups last month, some of which I go to. What are the chances of that. I have never mentioned meetup to him.
schlumpy Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 Is this a distance problem? After the course will he return to a different city? Is he local?
