Ex girlfriend’s girlfriend followed me on Instagram/watched my story?

Probably overthinking, but long story short she’s the one my ex dumped me for a few months back. Her and I weren’t friends before and never spoke while I was with my ex, but now she all of the sudden follows me on Instagram? Again, probably overthinking the situation but it’s just really strange especially now, a few months after she “stole” my ex. What do you guys think and what should I do?
