Hey Guys,

I have been married for 3 years, just built a house and bought a new car. My husband started staying late at work. One month ago he came home at 3am. We had a big argument. He says he was at work, but I am not stupid. Well for a whole month we really didn't talk, he would be working from 9am to 11pm. When he came home he would sleep in the spare bedroom. Well I stayed home from work one day to talk to him. I felt that our relationship was falling apart. He told me that he was no longer attracted to me, he didn't feel comfortable with me and a whole load of other ****. I really believe he has another woman. I want to know.wht do I do. We just built this house. I can not afford it alone, plus my new car note. He wants to leave and go stay with his friend. He makes 65% of our total income. I wanna know what to do legally.

As for the name... I really wanna hurt him. I want to Clara Harris him! I feel like he played with my time and emotions. He has cheated several times in the relationship and I took his ass back like a dummy. He begged and begged and begged. We are finally getting somewhere in life and he wants to act an a** again. Please give me legal advice. Can I sell the house after only being in it for two months?

If his name is on it I think you both have to sign but you can sell a house a day after you move in that's what house flippers do and if you have made any improvements it might be worth more even though its been only 2 weeks. TLC has a show about it:)

I am sorry you're going through this. Unfortuntely only a lawyer can give you legal advice. Nobody here represents themselves as legal advisors so you practically can't get any, except if somebody has a personal example related to your case.

As much as I know you can sell your house whenever you want. If you have a contract with the bank they will just transfer the mortgage to the new buyers. You definitely need an attorney if you're getting divorced. You need to prevent your husband from withdrawing (stealing) mutual money. It wouldn't be the first time I've heard someone was depositing significant amounts of money on their lovers' bank accounts.
