Happy news to share!

 

I’ve been posting here for many years now and throughout that time I’ve been in a relationship with someone who moved 3 hours away for his job soon after we started dating. Due to me having shared custody with my ex, I’m not able to move away until my daughter graduates in 1 1/2 years. Everyone told us that there’s no way we could maintain a long distance relationship for that long. But, our love and commitment to each other has been strong enough to somehow make this work despite the hardships of traveling almost every weekend. And over the weekend, my boyfriend proposed to me in the most romantic way. I’m beyond thrilled and happy and wanted to share with this group of people who have been there with me and for me throughout the years. :love:

Thank you all!! It hasn’t been easy, but it is worth it with the right person. I’m looking forward to getting marriage right the second (and last) time. :D
