Springsummer Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 (edited) Every now and then I come across couple looking for a 3rd person (usually girl) in. Most seems handsome couple though. poor me, grew up in very conservative/traditional environment. Granted that was half of my life time ago. It is a virtual that man and woman keep a distance from each other. I only immigrated to N.A after high school. Then I learnt there is such things as ONS, pre-marital sex...and now threesome. countless things in life turn out to be the exact opposite of what I used to believe. anyway, back to topic. Is this normal across western cities or just my city of 1 millions people? Edited November 2, 2019 by Springsummer
central Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 I'd say it's normal, but only affects about 5% of all people (give or take a few percent). At any point in time, about 3-5% of people are active swingers (and perhaps 10% have experimented with non-traditional relationships). About the same number are polyamorous in some way (e.g., a couple seeking a bisexual female partner, is a common variant). For comparison, about 4.5% identify as LGBTQ.
Gaeta Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 North America is big, some cities are conservative, others are more liberal. I live in Montreal, it's very sex liberated, you find everything here, polygamy, poly-amorous, swingers, 3sum, 4sum, group sex, name it. We are what you call a sex destination, buses come in from the US on weekends to enjoy our free spirited city. You walk downtown and easily find a church next to a strip bar. People don't judge, it's live and let live. 1

I have been thinking about doing weekend day trip there to shop for clothes for a few weeks now, but never manage. I did enjoy the attention I got there. Men openly just flirt at you, unlike here. damn, I should go there often. 1
Gaeta Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 oh, really? went there on occasions, never really noticed much.. In summer go to old city where the cruise ships dock, every Sunday there is a boat there that embarks swingers and go for a little ride then brings them back. It's called the sexy boat, you can wave good bye to them :-)

I have been here 20 years and love it. I apologize for our million orange cones, it's embarrassing, every street corner is under repair.
