Is she cheating on him?

I am a good daughter. I have Perfect grades, and my mom and I have gotten along so good. My dad is kind of an introvert, he is in to hypnosis and things like that. He loves my mom with all of his heart, and until a year ago I thought my mom loved him too.

 

When my dad started getting into NLP my mom didn't mindm but now she is always talking about how he is so "cool" and and how we doesn't make enough "love" to her. I know for a fact they have sex because I empty their trash.

 

For the past year my mother has been acting wierd. If we're out shopping she'll get a phone call then turn around and tell me she is going to go talk in private. Today in the car she got a phone call, and right before she was telling me how sad she was that she didn't get the job position available. As soon as she got on the phone she started talking in a sweet voice, and saying things like :"Yeah...right...okay." When she hung up she dropped me off at the house, and said she was going somewhere. She gets mad at me whenever I ask her where she is going or who she is talking to. This has been happening a lot. She talks for hourse outside on the phone so I can't listen, and I know for a fact it isn't my father because I call him up whenever she is on the phone with him.

 

She only caresd about her body and has been going to the gym a lot. She bought a lot of clothes from places like Old Navy and got contacts. She only cares about her looks now.

 

A few weeks ago my mom went into Kroger while I stayed out in the car. She left her phone in there. I saw that she had a text message so I listened to it and it said stuff like "You've got a kid, and I'm in a similar situation. I know you don't want to hurt anyone." and "SHE was there with me last night. I couldn't talk to you because she was there." when I she came back I confronted her about it and she got all mad saying it was her refrence, and made up excuses for what he said. It sopunded like my mom's old boss Dr.Knott who is VERY rich. Right now we are struggling with money and in a LOT of debt. I don't want to tell my dad because I am afraid our family will be ruined. I just want to know if she is cheating on him, so i can stop her.

 

I am so sad and I just want to know what is going on. Please tell me if you think she is cheating on him or not, and if I should confront her when she gets home this evening.
