And because she wasn't madly in love after 2 dates eh, but it's too perfect. Well that all makes a lot of sense , fantastic, nice that she sorted that out, she sounds like a fruit loop sorry.

l know how hard it is to meet someone where you feel all those things but l mean, this kind of garbage when you have ,and now she's blocked ya, beautiful.

You really don't wanna get mixed up with this one buddy.

ps, really.

This woman isn’t playing with a full deck, OP.

She felt safe and really liked me as a person that she could see herself fall in love with me, but that it must have been too good to be true.

Saying goodbye was hard for us both. She knew what we could have but it was too perfect.. It couldn’t be real

She's so full of crap. Don't fall for it.

She is letting you down "gently", but in a somewhat weird way. Too perfect to be real???? Yeah sure.

Why were you still in contact with her?

Saying good bye was difficult for you... her, not so much...

I was in contact because I really liked her.. and to make things weirder,

She just texted me to let me know she can still speak to me when we happen to bump into eachother in town..

I mean why would she send me a cutoff text in the morning only to text me again later during the day?

In other words she wants to use you again. Block her number.

She just sounds like someone who is at least at this time very impulsive and not in control of her emotions. Now, whether that is because there is someone she loves but can't have or because she has some disorder, we may never know. I mean, she could have been bipolar and all manic and in love with love for two days and then it came crashing down into depression or back to the real world at least.

But she's right about one thing: It was too soon for it to be real.

Listen, I was one of those people when young that was so hungry for love that I was about to pop. At least one stranger in a bar let me know he could see it on me. I'd seen him in there a time or two but not talked to him and he told me one night, I'd be interested in you except I took one look at you and knew you were going to fall in love with the next guy you met. Well, it wasn't quite THAT bad, but he wasn't far wrong. Some people are in love with love. Mostly young people.

Anyway, at best, it suggests instability and impulsiveness on some level for whatever reason, so I would not go chasing her down. There's also the possibility her husband was away and now he's back, of course.

Actually, this was my first thought as well as opposed to some OTT performance she was putting on in order 'to let you down gently', which I thought was a bit ridiculous! In addition, but secondary to the above, it did cross my mind that she could well be married/in a RL she might be finding it hard to extricate herself from.

How old is she OP? And you? Any other strange elements you may have noticed?

Yes, she is not making sense. I think it would be best for you if you did not let her contact you. It will only mess with your head. At the very least, she should get the message that you won't spend time with her until she has worked out what she wants. That way she does not get rewarded with your time and attention until she has:

1) stopped playing games

2) worked through her feelings

or

3) given your feelings more thought and consideration.

I mean she is saying she is trying to stick to not seeing you. What sort of person says that? Not someone you can rely upon.

Haaa, yaknow what , as soon as ya said she blocked ya, saw this coming. l was gonna tell you but forgot.

But why , god only knows, but l'd say she'll pop up again too.

Don't contact her again. Consider blocking her.

We are both in our mid twenties. She never had a relationship before. I just don’t get the fact “I need to be strong and stick to my descision of not seeing you again” whilst she said how great of a guy I was.

Haven’t texted her back yet.. I guess she must think of my if she texts me midnight and than later in the evening next.

Well, maybe I’m overreacting here. Its been only a few dates. But it felt so good. And she also said it was mutual, but at the wrong time. Or in other words, I just won the lottery but let’s not pick up the money, its probably fake

Uh, I think you're seeing why. I don't think she's all there, dude. Either that or she is full of equine manure and actually already has a boyfriend she's trying to screw around on.

You need to stay a bit more grounded too, though. You got your expectations far too high consider you barely know this person. Take your time to really get to know the next woman before deciding how perfect she is for you.

As for lottery analogy - I would say this is closer to trying to buy a grand-looking house just from seeing it's lovely exterior without ever setting foot inside and having a good look around.

Another madhouse escapee I'm afraid. Anyone who talks about love on the first date, and then ends it on the second, is clearly in need of psychiatric evaluation.
