That Special K Diet can't be good, right?

A bowl of cereal at Breakfast, one for lunch, then

an lite dinner....for two weeks...

Isn't that just like taking Slim Fast or something?

But at the same time, if you're running 3 times a

day for 20-30 minutes and doing this diet, i think

you would lose some weight...

But would it stay off?

Ive done it before, and it does work. It works great if you want to lose a few pounds a month or so before a special event. Special K is good for you, so youre not really losing nutrients, and if you read the "instructions" on the diet, they recomend you do snack throughout the day, and a "sensible" meal, doesnt have to be a light meal. Unless by light you meant heallthy. Its not something I would recomend doing permanently, but as far as "fast safe" weight loss goes, I have found this to be the best route, becuase your still eating, still taking in calories, a lesser amount, yes. But get the special K breakfast bar things too, becuase they tast SO good, and theres only I think 100 calories a bar. But I have found, for me, its been a VERY healthy alternative to crash diets.

If youre running three days a week for a half hour, that one run is using up the amount of calories in that one bowl of cereal. If you choose to run and exercise, then you dont really need to do the special K diet, because youre going to lose weight regardless, and the running is a healthy life change. Special K is not really made to be permanent. It is different from slim fast, but the same idea. Ok, now that I have babbled about it...
