Or perhaps she is staying firm, so she no longer really cares who he does/doesn't have blocked. Hard to say from the outside, but in the interest of staying out of it suggest you not devote too much headspace to stuff like this.

He's a man looking to be with two women. So what he's doing right now is he's freaked out because he didn't think she'd be the one to dump him, probably figured she'd stay, so now he's making all the motions to appear to be shed of you and care oh so much about her. And he's just being secretive again with both of you and trying to keep you on the hook but in a demoted position, one in which you cooperate even more so that he can keep you secret.
