My last period was on August 21. The month before was July 3 and 28. It's now the 26 of September, and nothing. My stomach is tighter than normal, but does not feel bloated. I've been really tired, hungry, and my mood swings are crazy. One minute I will be laughing, and the next mad. My breast are getting more sore as days pass. What do ya'll think?

Hello,

Those are deffinatley symptoms of PMS but also pregnancy. If you really must know the best way is to just see a doctor. Depending on wether you are prego or not. He/she can help you with whatever it is.

If you are not prego:

You can get some birthcontrol which would be best to make sure that your periods arrive on time each month. That way it is not surprise when you do or don't get it.

Another thing that I recomend is medication for PMS. You may not think you have symptoms or whatever but I have found that it is really helpfull and helps me keep my kewl.

If you are prego:

Well that is another thread.

A great way to help easy the pain of your breasts is a heating pad...lay sideways in your bed with a heating pad on your boobs...and fluff up a pillow you can slightly lay on ..like a body. a man next 2 u..ect.

It worked for me.

Silently:love:

Sorry if my reply was confusing - my intent was to say they are symptoms of pregnancy yes, but also of PMS...so take the test or see a doctor or both like SilentPrayer said :) --- cause the body does weird things when it comes to symptoms, and guessing is always a bad idea.

I wouldn't stress right now....if you aren't on a VERY regular schedule (such as when you are on birth control)...your period can be anywhere from 18-30 days apart.....ALSO: when you are stressed, not eating right, sick, etc...you may even skip periods! Freaking out doesn't help the cause.

If you are really worried, go to see a doctor.

I have an 8 year old daughter...and when I was pregnant, I knew. Many women will tell you that you just "know" there are no doubts...just a very strong feeling that you are - trust yourself. I was only 3 days pregnant when I went to the DR, and the urine test was inconclusive-the blood test barely caught the hormones ... so, I went for an ultrasound when I was only 8 days in...all they saw was a tiny cluster of cells (THAT WAS MY BABY!!!) :o

What I am saying is for some reason, there was no doubt, I could feel the difference.

No pain, no cramps, no tenderness. No morning sickness....just a really comfortable great feeling.

I would guess that you are not pregnant....but, please get the test so you can stop worrying...and please - let us know if you are/aren't!! I would like to know if I am wrong or not. ;)

Oh, and just to clarify:

I said MOST women - not ALL women .. know they are pregnant. There are always exceptions to the rules: Like those women who have no clue and give birth on the toilet thinking they just have to crap (of course they are probably 500 lbs, and havn't had a period in years)....

Being over-weight or under-weight can also affect your cycles. :)
