Whether you wait like a puppy dog for a week or go ahead and move on with your life it’s not going to change the decision he has made nor the decision he is going to make in the future so you might as well just move on now. Again if he wants to contact you he will. Just don’t wait. If you wasn’t stuck on this guy what would you be doing? Go do that. Good luck Op You're so right. They can contact Houston when they figure out what their problem is. If they take too long, they may not have a place to land their aircraft. If this guy takes more than 5 days to get back in touch with you, I wouldn't answer if I were you. Loved the analogy! Thank you. Exactly what I'm going to do.

I don't seem to know how to do it unless I get directly rejected (which I asked him to do tbh). Thanks for the input though! I totally get it, I was the same way, but over time I finally figured it out, this is how you get rejected most of the time. I saw it for what it was, and accepted it. Like I always say, date those who treat you the way you want to be treated.
