This is why I don't like the swiping apps, like Tinder, Bumble etc. Not enough information. It increases the risk of surprises for both people. Anyway, you really won't know until you meet, so I say meet as soon as possible to get that behind you. And keep in mind that if she does not want to see you anymore, it may not be because of your height. It could be a myriad of other reasons.

 

RecentChange is right, which is why I gave up all online dating for good. It's too impersonal, not to mention frustrating. Life was so much better when I met men organically out in the world (not online). I'm still hoping that happens.

what's this 'always'? i'm pretty sure plenty of basketball players have women!
