I've lost allot of weight to the point of looking frail yet despite this loss in weight I still have a double chin I honestly feel this is genetic my dad had a visible double chin although he was slightly overweight. How effective are chin exercises and as I get old my skin will be looser so any form of liposuction does not provide a permanent solution?

There's no evidence that chin/neck exercises help with sagging skin/double chin.

You should make sure your meals are on point, and that you're drinking enough water. Both of those things - protein and hydration - are big stepping stones to ensure tighter skin.

I had a double chin even when I was anorexic, so I do believe such feature could be genetic. No exercise or diet i did could ever get rid of it. Surgery perhaps?

If you're looking frail, then you've lost too much weight. Speak to your doctor about both that and your chin.

The neck stretches did help me. Me and my brother both have them.

You have to be consistent. It will tighten up.
