DaddyDom Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 Actual exercise with strength training and various cardio workouts are great! But it still doesn't offset being sedentary most of the day. Aside from the gym, how much do you walk and move daily? Many studies have shown this to be as important as actual exercise itself. Luckily for me I have two very active careers with personal training and dog walking. This gets me 20K+ steps daily on top of exercise.
Cersei Posted June 22, 2019 Posted June 22, 2019 I have a desk job so I have to run 2 to 3 times a week plus I attend a Saturday bootcamp. Otherwise I would get no exercise at all. Sometimes I go for walks also but that tends to be just to visit and talk with my less active friends.
basil67 Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Currently rather inactive due to exercise related injuries. I swear I spend as much on physio as I do on the gym.
