Fleiss Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 (edited) This guy - 2 males 35 & 37 here - is visiting my city for 3-4 days. Yesterday he contacted me on a dating site by 1 PM. We clicked, and shared pics, agreeing to meet at 8 PM. One hour before the meeting, I texted "Hi again. What are you doing now?" to him. Message appeared unread. Thought he was asleep. Anyway, I went to his hotel on time, no text, nor trace of him. In an hour or so, he said he had been walking out, and that we had no fixed time to meet up. A bit later, after me reminding him of the details, he said that he had expected to reconfirm the date..To which, I responded: "Really? A 1000 times about 1 date?!" He apologised saying it was a misunderstanding and asked to meet, but told him my trust was gone..Should I have given him another chance? Thanks. Edited June 15, 2019 by Fleiss
Author Fleiss Posted June 15, 2019 Author Posted June 15, 2019 Nope.................... Thanks for the input..
d0nnivain Posted June 15, 2019 Posted June 15, 2019 He's only in town for 3-4 days & was already rude to you. Why bother? As smackie9 said, know your own worth. There is no reason to tolerate this kind of nonsense. 2
Inspire Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 He already agreed to meet at 8 PM. If he couldn't meet, he should have been the one to contact you. Do you really need to reconfirm? It was literally the same day.
