Tagalz Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 (edited) Hey! So It's not exactly what the title says. Just can't translate it from Norwegian over to English, but here is the thing. Apparently people who works at the shopping mall are trying to plant a "seed" which means that when they have 30 minutes break time they go to other stores and flirt with the employee there. He also said that for this to work the girl needs to come by more often so you get more interactions. It has often to do if she thinks you're attractive or not. If she only comes by one time you really don't get much interaction. One of my colleagues told me this. He had experienced it and I'm experiencing it now. He told me that it's a whole new way of getting to know the people who works at the mall. I remember that it was rush time with many customers coming and some hot girl came by and was flirting with me saying: "I bet I have more customers than you ;)" and I was like "oh no, you can relax because not many people buy electronics" I know I fcked it up. Never been in that kind of situation before and this is a whole new perspective of flirting at the break time. The problem is: You go there, you buy things and then flirt. BUT when you do flirt you are causing the line to be larger for customers to wait so the interactions is very short. I'm talking seconds. You can get one sentence or two of it's really not many customers I think it's a clever way of getting to know people and the best part is that they don't work in the same company... just in the same mall at the same place! Which saves me for all the worrying if I were to date my colleague (Example) SO! What would you do if you have a short time to interact? and what would you say? I'll take any advices I could get! The shopping mall I work at is the largest in Oslo and it's located in the centrum meaning a lot of sexy Norwegian girls work there ahaha Edited May 6, 2019 by Tagalz

See if you can take yours at the same time & meet in the food court. That is one way to go! But I might have a better idea! a store right by us is also closing the same time as us. Other stores closes early and some restaurant are still up 24 hours. Which leaves me and some girl that work for yoghurt heaven still inside. If I were to go out and stop my routine just to flirt with her it could leave me 1h late for closing. And the worst part is that it’s obvious. The question is: What opening line do I use? Make yourself a regular. Go from there. You don't have to be clever. You do have to be normal, as in not stressed, not over the top, just chill. 1
