thegirlnextdoor Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 I just need to vent. I know this is stupid, but I need to get it off my chest so I don't have to think about it anymore. I live with two great girls. I love them most of the time. Yesterday was one of their birthdays and we make really big deals about each others birthdays. I love to cook, bake and be crafty. So I made a great dinner and invited over the closest friends of the birthday girl. I also baked a cake. I spent a lot of time, money, and effort for this little dinner party. Unfortunately other roommate had to work so she couldn't be there, but we were going out after that to meet up with her. It was a great dinner, we all stuffed ourselves silly. I dressed up the birthday girl in some of my clothes, because I'm a fashion whore and I have more clothes than God. So we left our house and went to the bar. Our other roommate was there waiting with all our other friends for us. The non birthday roommate didn't even say hello to me. Which I thought was rude. She wouldn't even look at me. She has a lot of aggression and jealousy issues, but it still bothers me when people ignore me when I've done nothing wrong. I'm sorry she couldn't make it to the dinner. I wanted her to be there, but it wasn't her birthday, and she couldn't get out of work. She bought everyone shots except me and all night made a point to leave me out. Then when it was time to go home she was no where to be found. A guy friend and I had to put the birthday girl in the car because she was no longer able to move under her own power. I was really worried about her. When we were getting on the highway ramp we had to pull off to the side so she could throw up. As this was happening, a cop pulled up along side us to see what was going on. Luckily I was able to convince him that she was fine she just needed to get it out of her system. A trip that usually takes 20 minutes took an hour. Once we got home there was vomit all over the birthday girl and the passenger side door. The guy friend and I got her in the house and into the bathroom and the other roommate was still no where to be found. Her car wasn't in the driveway and she wasn't in her room. I get the birthday girl's clothes off and put her in the shower while our guy friend wash the vomit out of the car. Still no roommate! So I sit with her feeding her water until I couldn't stay up anymore and our roommate finally decides to make an appearance. So I left the birthday girl in her care around 4 am so I could get alittle sleep before work. Luckily neither of them needed to be at work before noon, but I needed to be at work today at 8:30am. I just needed to get that off my chest. So thanks for reading, I feel much better.
