There’s no right or wrong answer and it depends. Did you know this woman at all beforehand or did you meet her for the first time and get her number the same night? If you just met her, you don’t want to wait too long because she might lose interest or forget about you. No longer than 2 days, me personally would text the following day and set up a date as quick as possible...BUT

1) First figure out what day and time you are actually available to go on a date.

2) Ask her out 2-3 days in advance of that day. (Any less than 2 days before and she may already have made other plans, any longer than 3 days she may lose the initial interest or overthink it and chances of her canceling or flaking go up. I’ve done 5 days in advance and it’s been fine, but depends on her interest level.

The answer, my friend, is found by first dividing pi (3,14) by the golden ration (1,61) and then multiply the answer with a momentum-factor from 1-3 where 1 indicate a high level of momentum when you first met. Finally you take the corresponding value, round it to the closest whole number and match that number to the correct position in the Fibonacci sequence. The result is the maximum number of days to wait.

Example, you had a pretty good meeting with a lady (a momentum-factor of 2). (3,14/1,618)*2 = 3,95. Which means that you take the fourth number in the Fibonacci sequence: 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21. So in this case you wait a maximum of two days.

You are welcome! ;)
