gymnerd Posted December 30, 2018 Posted December 30, 2018 I met this girl at the gym. (I'm also a girl) back in aug. She's married I'm not. We get along pretty well, laugh and talk about our life an such. But my issue is every time I ask to go out for dinner or something, she will say yes, then when the day is coming out. She will tell me that she has a work, ( she at times work at nights) or says I'm doing this with my husband. Why would she say yes then change he mind and never reschedule, or even ask me to go out on night?

whichwayisup Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 She's being kind in letting you in a nice way that she isn't interested in getting together outside the gym. It's hard for people right off the bat to say NO as they feel obligated to say yes and then cancel on the day. Chat with her at the gym but don't ask to get together.
