ieele Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Im curious as to why she did. She originally wished me merrry xmas wich i replied hours later with a merry xmas. She then began to try small talk with me which i ended quickly. We haven't talked for months and she was the one that ended it. Anyone elses get contacted by their ex on holidays? why do they do it?
darkmoon Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 yes, i think they were lonely and had a cheek to be using me for company, or just trying to, after dumping me
Ordinaryday Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 No because even if she tried contacting me she wouldn't be able to. I changed my number from when i knew her so she can't call me, I have moved house so she wouldn't be able to visit, I blocked her on social media so she can't message me and I have changed jobs so she can't visit me at work. The only chance i have of seeing her is the off chance I bump into her in the city but I live in a huge city so those odds are very tiny. I like that, everything that needs to be said between the two of us has already been said, so speaking to her would be utterly pointless.
Giraffe-A Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Yes. He does every year for the past few. We had a very rocky relationship and it may have worked in another life as koalas. Means nothing. We chat a bit and carry on.
nodramallama Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Ahhh - it's cuffing season. The loneliest time of the year for singles where exes come out of the woodwork trying to find low hanging fruit to make them feel a little less lonely through the holidays (usually lasting until Valentine's Day).
