Managed to phone her and she didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to her. Instead she was too busy talking to her friends. Including some male friends about a party they were having Never again will I ever consider dating a 18 year old or anyone who mentions Bi polar. Here is our last messages. Me : You have no idea how much I like you and wanted something serious with you. But, I'm done man. You are either playing hot and cold or just tourturing me. I feel like I am chasing my own tail while hitting into a brick wall. I can not have my feelings messed with like this. You probably do not care. So, whatever. Her : I am out shopping for a party chill. Me : You're just straight up rude. Your behavior isn't the sort you expect when you like someone. Her : Fine whatever cool bye Me : I don't care. I'm done waiting on someone that constantly treats me like s***. Her : Seriously Me : Yes. Seriously. I thought you wanted something more. But, It's like dealing with a child. She was meant to be in hospital and all of a sudden she is partying with a group of guys. I told her how I felt and we are no longer talking.

She probably did feel bad about you ending things, but she wouldn't show it. She's also probably used to people breaking up with her, given her rollercoaster mind/emotions. Good luck, OP. The way they do it many places is you see a psychologist and then just do a referral to a psychiatrist for meds. They consult each other. Depending where you are, it's very hard to see a psychiatrist without a referral.

So, I really appriciate everyone who has tried to help and give advice. Before all this. I only had a basic understanding of mental health and Bi polar. But, after doing a lot of research today. Everything I've read sounds just like her. That, along with everyones messages has made me realise that I will be sacrificing my own happiness to be with her. I would like to still look after her. Even as a friend. But, I don't want to send mixed messages and put her in a worse state of mind than she already is. Same with outright telling that It's over. Is there anyway I can cut ties without making her spiral out of control? That's the last I could want. Even if I am not going to be in her. I still want her to be happy and have the best chance of being helped. Yes. To do it right now instead of waiting for her to get invested. The longer you wait, the worse it will be for both of you.
