My wife of 10 years left me 2 months ago and since she left she been really ice cold and cold hearted towards me I can’t seem to go NC because I love and miss her so much she say she not seeing anyone else but I don’t believe it I really wanna go NC because she told me to move on and that there is a zero chance that we will get back together she doesn’t want a divorce tho which is confusing to me

 

So please someone help me go NC every time I feel like I wanna reach out to her I will just post on her and vent and hope someone talk me outta it
