GoreSP Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Hey all, so its been two weeks since my break up with dog hater and while I’ve pretty much moved on from him specifically, I’m still in a weird, post break up funk and feeling pretty much, well, unmotivated and slightly depressed. Any tips and tricks on how to feel a bit more happy and upbeat? Thanks!

Get an early start on your New Year's resolutions & include strategies to bring you into contact with new people / potential dates.
preraph Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Yes, you just have to make yourself not lay around in a funk, and just get busy. I also like to work in mostly nonserious media, like funny movies or tv shows to keep me laughing. You might take your dog and go on a little weekend trip. Nothing like getting out of your environment to remind you what a big world is out there left to explore. Maybe go to a state park and get a cabin and/or go hiking.
