Angel29 Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 I was at a friend’s party and a guy I like came up to me and said hi and was smiling. We chatted a lot and had a laugh. At one point I moved on to some other friends and he also came over too. He would look at me if I spoke to another guy. He even said ‘my dear’ at one point in the conversation which confused me. Is he interested?
preraph Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Yes, he likes you. Not sure who says "My dear," these days, though, to a stranger!
diddilybop Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 yeah, he likes you. guys just don't throw that term of endearment around with just anyone.
alphamale Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 most likely he likes you but you can never know for sure

Is he interested? Yes he's interested and he should have asked for your number. What was your interest level like?
basil67 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 All these people saying that he's interested....has it now become that getting on well with someone at a party means they are interested? No wonder so many people get confused. Unless he asked for your phone number or suggested meeting again, my guess is that you were interesting conversation for a night. Looking at you while you are speaking is simply good manners. But calling you My Dear is really odd...is he over 60yo? Or from a country which isn't a modern western nation? 1
