Jack2000 Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 So I was just sitting on instagram and I get a message from my ex gf's friend we were talking and stuff then she randomly asked me this "Have you had sex with anyone else since (My exe's name)" and she also asked if I talk to any girls right now... I mentioned one girl I talk to and she started asking who is she and I tried ignoring that once and she asked again... She also said that my ex has a new boyfriend which I just replied with wow good for her make it seem as If i dont care but the funny thing is she never posted her so called boyfriend anywhere or noone ever seen her with a guy she didnt even name him or anything so I dont belive that at all... What do you guys think is going on here? And I dont need any answers saying move on or why do you care... I am moving on but the fact my ex's name keeps popping up from her friend is annoying...

As long as it isn't #3, it really doesn't matter or change things. Just make sure it isn't #3

Particularly if you were the one dumped. It just won't work. The "Dumper" has to be the one that changes their mind and comes back on their own. If the "Dumpee" chases them they just run farther and faster,...till you end up with a restraining order against you.

Fekenaws Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Don't put too much thought into it. If your ex wants you back, she will directly reach out to you. All indirect attention they give, whether its FB/instagram likes, her friends snooping around, viewing your snap story, etc are all very low effort on her part, which indicates a low amount of interest overall. Keep doing no contact and heading forward, maybe you'll hear from her down the road.

It’s even possible that you were actually talking to your ex if her friend allowed her to use the account. Maybe she just wanted to get a dig in about the new - possibly non-existent - bf. Who knows? You may receive a visit or call from the ex, or she may “accidentally” bump into you. Personally, if someone who I wasn’t in a relationship with asked me if I were sleeping with anyone, I’d tell them it was none of their business.

The telling you she has a boyfriend is quite possible to make you feel jealous or believe that she has moved on. Trust me, this is not her friend asking it is your ex. This is the exact sort of thing me or my friends would of done in college
