Divorce or separation from the end of a relationship are among the biggest stressors in life up there with family member death, getting fired & moving. What you describe are the physical manifestations. Learn to meditate & take up deep breathing. It sounds simplistic but it will help. Try reciting the Serenity Prayerr: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference. You will get through this.
