My ex girlfriend dumped me a month ago and then unfollowed me on instagram a week ago but she keep watching all my instagram stories does it mean anything?

She's curious to see how much you're struggling without her if she's a jerk and curious to see if you're doing okay if she feels guilty. Both options don't mean that she wants to be with you again.

It means that she's keeping you thinking about her, so you can be her back up. She's relying on you being weak and desperate. You need to toughen up and prove her wrong.
