You want to be able to relax and enjoy your time, not be feeling bad about something you can't control. It's definitely worth seeing a dermatologist about your skin if this happens regularly. I had similar when young and tried all the authoritative advice given in the women's magazines to get rid of it. None of it worked! The problem was hormones, not whether I kept my skin ultra clean or had the right (usually complicated) diet! The regular outbreaks really affected my self-confidence. Some medications and antibiotics can help but they usually have to be prescribed. Good luck!
