I think your only choice here is to take this seriously and insist on a noninvasive paternity test (8 weeks), and you will probably have to cover 100% of the cost. If she's faking or the pregnancy is the result of another man, she will make excuses to avoid or no-show appointments (I don't know if I would bother with OTC kits at this point). Never give her cash, but pay the provider directly, and go to this appointment for paternity testing together. If she's faking this pregnancy or the pregnancy is the result of another sexual encounter, she will avoid any such testing like the plague and expect you to just take her at her word. The only other option is to insist on paternity testing after the baby is born.

There's no point in speculating, especially since the testing exists to give you a definitive answer as to 1) whether she is pregnant and 2) if she is, are you the father.

 

Once you know the answer, you can plan your next steps, assuming you will even need to do so.

I don't want to make you more worried, but if she conceived multiples, her hcg levels would be higher than with a single and she'd be feeling morning sick sooner.

Seriously OP, she's not pregnant with your kid. But because you had sex without a condom you'll now have to sweat it out. Eventually, you'll find out you aren't the father and that will pass.

 

This might be the wake up call you needed to get yourself together.

This whole situation happened to a friend of mine. The woman got his parents involved and my friend kept telling everyone that he didn’t cum so it couldn’t be his. Even his parents didn’t believe him. His father was telling him that he should marry the girl and do the right thing.

However my friend kept putting off the wedding until after the baby was born... The girl said that he was the only guy she slept with.

But when the baby was born it was black. The mother was white Irish and my friend was white Irish. The girl cried and my friend never forgave his parents for not taking his side
